This diaper clutch doubles as a diaper and travel size wipey case holder AND a plush changing pad! The pocket can hold 2-3 diapers or 1-2 cloth diapers plus a wipe case.  Machine washable, just throw it in!  It measures roughly 22" long and 12" wide when used as a changing pad. As a clutch, it measures 12" wide and 7" long (it folds into thirds).
